2. inventory control: manage and maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy of goods.
3. operational oversight: oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, packaging, and shipping goods.
4. safety and compliance: ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and that all staff adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
5. efficiency and optimization: monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to increase efficiency and decrease costs.
6. coordination: coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and procurement, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
