your mission: lead campaigns that shape the streets
were looking for a senior account executive / media planner ooh (senior level) someone unstoppable, strategic, and with proven experience turning bold visions into large-scale campaigns.

what youll do
* develop and execute comprehensive ooh media strategies for national and international brands.
* manage key accounts and major clients, ensuring consistent quality, innovation, and results.
* lead negotiations, pricing, and closing of high-impact advertising deals.
* oversee the end-to-end execution of campaigns in coordination with the operations, design, and production teams.
* analyze campaign performance and present insights that drive future strategies.
* mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous evolution of our sales and planning processes.
* represent naranti in client meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships across mexico and latam.
what were looking for
* bachelors degree in marketing, advertising, international business, or related field.
* 35 years of proven experience in media planning, client management, or b2b service sales (preferably ooh, media, or agency).
* strong business acumen and consultative sales approach.
* exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* results-driven mindset, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.
* high level of organization and independence.
* fluent english (b2+) youll interact with global clients and international brands.
* crm experience and solid understanding of performance metrics.
