what you’ll be doing
* plan and pipeline inventory for npi projects
* review shortage reports to assure uninterrupted supply of inventory
* demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipates our customers’ requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner
* serve as a liaison between arrow’s internal resources (field sales, engineering, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments)
* resolve discrepancies with the engineering and sales prior to material ordering
* has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience
* identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions
what we are looking for
* typically requires a 3-year degree and 2–4 years of experience or high school graduate with equivalent related experience. May require specific certifications.
* experience managing material for manufacturing
* experience using erp systems
* experience with npi preferred
* excel intermediate
* excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in english
work arrangement
hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days work from home
