 * ensure projects are performed according to procedures, processes, and guidelines.
 * expected to be an sme, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
 * responsible for team decisions.
 * engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
 * provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
 * expert proficiency in business process design is required.
 * expert proficiency in journey management is recommended.
 * business model strategy expert proficiency is suggested.
 * create and implement innovative business process design strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
 * lead cross-functional teams to drive business transformation initiatives.
 * analyze and optimize existing processes to improve overall performance and quality standards.
 * develop and deliver training programs on operational excellence practices.
 * collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.

role : 80% on site, 20% remote
qualifications:
 * advance english level b2-c1
 * bachelor s degree bachelor of science with a major in business administration,
