* lead and implement engineering solutions to optimize manufacturing processes
* drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality
* collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related issues and implement improvements
* conduct process analysis and optimization to identify areas for improvement
* develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
* ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
qualifications
* bachelor's degree in industrial, process, or manufacturing engineering or a related field
* minimum 5 years of experience in process engineering or related roles
* strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies
* english proficiency
* experience in the electronic industry
* experience in npi process
* experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives
* proficiency in cad software and other engineering tools
* six sigma certification or experience with six sigma methodologies
* experience in the electronics manufacturing industry
* strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills
