Role responsibilities:
* take a leading role in workshops, working with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and document requirements in order to define the agreed project scope, subject to approval from all parties.
* act as a consultant, coordinator, and liaison between the various parties during the solution development/configuration phase, working to ensure it is fit for purpose.
* prepare test plans and perform system integration testing (sit), as required, in line with professional quality standards, ensuring that end-to-end data exchanges between organizations and systems function correctly and that the company's systems are properly configured to meet the documented requirements.
* support the user community in carrying out user acceptance testing (uat).
* support the preparation of the solution for go-live.
* perform implementation and post-implementation support tasks, both on-site and remotely, as required by the project.

experience
* 2–3 years in an it business analyst role within a logistics/supply chain organization.
* proven analytical skills.
* solid knowledge and understanding of the logistics/supply chain industry and associated it systems (such as wms, tms, oms, etc.).
* ability to perform the role of it project manager on small projects.
* ability to take on the role of lead business analyst on large-scale projects, often with top-tier international clients.
* comfortable working across a wide range of business sectors, such as healthcare, automotive, technology, e-commerce, retail, food, etc.
* knowledge of sql, diagramming tools, and testing software.
