Scope of the Role
We're seeking a
Video Editor
to bring our brand story to life through engaging, high-quality video content.
From product education and lifestyle storytelling to performance-driven ads and social media clips, you'll transform raw footage and concepts into compelling narratives that inspire, educate, and convert.
This role blends creative vision with technical execution.
You'll collaborate with creative strategists, marketers, and content producers to edit assets across channels—maintaining a cohesive visual identity while testing new approaches that resonate with our audience.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw footage into high-performing assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), website, ads, and email
Build multiple versions of content optimized for each platform (short-form, vertical, story/reel, long-form)
Collaborate with Creative Strategist and Marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling video narratives
Enhance storytelling with graphics, motion design, text overlays, and sound design
Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all video content
Organize and manage video assets, keeping file structures and libraries clean and accessible
Stay current with video trends in nutrition, wellness, and lifestyle—bringing fresh editing techniques and ideas
Support A/B testing efforts by creating variations with different hooks, CTAs, and styles
Preferred Qualifications
Background in branding, advertising, or direct-to-consumer marketing
Familiarity with A/B testing strategies and performance metrics
Knowledge of color grading, audio mixing, and visual storytelling techniques
2–4+ years of video editing experience, ideally in DTC, food/nutrition, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and audience engagement in short- and long-form content
Experience editing performance-driven content for paid social and digital ads is highly desirable
Ability to integrate motion graphics, captions, and light visual effects
Strong organizational skills for asset management and versioning
Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and collaborative in a remote environment
Passion for whole-food nutrition, wellness, or regenerative living is a plus
