as a regional isc finance leader for the americas, you will have a strong understanding of isc finance activities, be a valuable business partner in a fast paced, global, complex business environment.
you will work closely within a global team of collaborative isc finance colleagues as well as the isc team and business stakeholders in your region.
your main focus will be on financial reporting and analysis, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis primarily focused on integrated supply chain for manufacturing plants in mexico and us, driving improved cost conversion and productivity, inventory control and management, and support of projects that move the business forward.
*key responsibilities*
- lead site isc finance team in the region to ensure performance is accurately and transparently reported, actions identified, and corrective action plans developed
- lead plant planning and forecasting process, develop and implement monthly forecasts and annual plans
- provide key analysis of isc costs, productivity, working capital, cost accounting (annual standard setting)
- enhance and automate analytical frameworks for more efficient, relevant and timely reporting; drive continuous improvement in reporting and information sharing processes.
- support in the financial evaluation and feasibility of capital project and key transformation projects to the global isc leader
- create & maintain a strong internal controls environment to ensure compliance with honeywell corporate policy, us gaap and sarbanes-oxley across plants and facilitie
- timely month/quarter close and audit responsibilities
*you must have*
- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or economics (mba or master's preferred)
- 10+ years of finance or accounting experience within a corporate environment
- strong manufacturing background and integrated supply chain experience (operationally and finance) - global experience preferred
- fluent english writing & speaking skills required
