This position is responsible for issuing certificates and evidence, maintaining and updating certificate templates to reflect current policy terms and client-specific requirements.
the assistant works closely with account managers and other internal teams to clarify certificate needs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with underwriting and legal standards.

monday to thursday 6:00am to 4:00pm and friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm
monday to thursday 7:00am to 5:00pm and friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm
