a marketing coordinator is responsible for planning and coordinating both internal and external communication and marketing initiatives across the organization. A key responsibility of this role is to design and support trade shows, events, and related promotional activities.
collaboration with the us sales teams will be central to this role, ensuring that marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and support overall commercial growth.

* experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role.
key activities and general responsibilities
1. support the marketing & communication manager in defining and implementing branding strategies for products or categories.
2. act as brand guardian by ensuring consistency of brand assets, messaging, and marketing materials across global regions, while maintaining media partnerships.
3. write, edit, and optimize content for corporate websites, ensuring seo and conversion improvements.
4. develop and manage engaging content for social media channels and direct email marketing campaigns.
5. design and produce digital and print materials, including brochures, presentations, advertisements, and tradeshow collateral.
6. collaborate with the marketing automation & crm team to improve processes, monitor campaign performance, and propose optimizations.
7. contribute to internal communication strategy by preparing updates and ensuring employees worldwide stay informed through the right channels.
8. maintain and coordinate the trade show calendar, timelines, and budgets in alignment with commercial priorities.
9. manage logistics and vendor contracts, including booth reservations, registrations, and on-site event support (setup, dismantling, and live management).
10. lead communication with attendees and internal stakeholders to ensure professional representation at events.
knowledge required
* proven experience in digital marketing within a b2b environment.
* knowledge and hands-on experience in content writing and copy development.
* website management experience, including updates and performance monitoring.
* proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., photoshop, indesign) and email marketing platforms (e.g., mailchimp, hubspot).
* ability to create and execute engaging digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (direct email, social media, blogs).
* strong english copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
* familiarity with analytics and performance tracking for digital campaigns.
