Overview:
capture orders from associates/distributors and guide them to get the best results from herbalife products and services.
*main responsibilities*:
- capture and track orders from associates/distributors and customers via telephone, showing empathy and good service.
- guide associates and distributors according to new ftc regulations
- document any adverse events reported by an associate/distributor or customer and continue the corresponding process so that they receive follow-up by gmpss.
- provide information on promotions, events, new products to associates and distributors
- guide associates/distributors to obtain the best results from the company's products and services.
- reactivate accounts of associates and distributors who request it by telephone.
Job qualifications:
*requirements*:
- high school diploma
- 1-year experience in customer service.
- advanced english (written and spoken)
- basic knowledge level in microsoft office, outlook, internet.
