Position: production manager join us in mexicali as a production manager responsible for managing a production unit to deliver products against defined performance measures, as per planning and quality requirements. Responsibilities deploy and execute manufacturing standards in the production unit. Supervise, select, develop, coach, and evaluate managing personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing. Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Lead the production unit, related processes, and staff in the execution of world‑class operational performance. Arrange programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the manufacturing organization. Contribute to preparing manufacturing operation and investment plans. Define and execute improvement plans toward defined performance measures. Deliver products on time with high factory and supplier yields.
