responsibilities:
1. deliver training on oracle methodologies or product/solutions to sales and sales consulting personnel.
2. ensure successful delivery of training engagements with a high level of satisfaction.
3. provide sales or oracle domain expertise in one or more skills or solution areas.
4. collaborate with sales, product marketing, product development, and other teams to develop and deliver training content.
5. meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets by delivering quality training in classrooms and online.
6. maintain deep knowledge and demonstrate expertise in designated topics and related areas.
7. articulate the vision, capabilities, and business value of solutions to sales and consulting audiences.
8. work with subject matter experts and sales performance designers to deliver engaging training.
9. provide feedback on training effectiveness to program teams or management.
10. manage the training environment effectively, reporting and resolving issues.
11. serve as a consultative resource to field personnel based on expertise.
12. use real-world examples to enhance learning.
13. introduce new training technologies or techniques as appropriate.
experience:
* at least 5 years in sales, sales consulting, or sales enablement.
* minimum 2 years of training experience, preferably at oracle or similar.
* experience in instructional design is a plus.
* bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
* excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
* ability to work with diverse and international groups.
* ability to build credibility and confidence quickly.
* strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
