we are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and creative individual to lead the evolution of our digital strategy, positioning us as a benchmark employer brand. Design and implement the comprehensive digital strategy for attracting talent: always-on campaigns, inbound recruitment, and performance marketing.
define and evolve the martech architecture (crm, automation, analytics, attribution, etc.).
ats, crm, job site, social networks, and landing pages.
optimization and performance
monitor digital investment (google, meta, tiktok, programmatic, etc.) Lead seo/sem, email marketing, remarketing and automation strategies by segment.
foster a test & learn culture: a/b testing, cohorts, advanced analytics and data-driven decisions.
channels, content and communication
lead the talent-oriented organic and paid social media strategy.
explore and scale new channels such as whatsapp business, discord, youtube talent channels or interactive lives.
manage collaborations with micro influencers, content creators and related employer brands.
coordinate with internal communications, hr, creative team and external agencies to align narrative and objectives.
lead the digital team (analysts, social media, media buyers) from a culture of innovation, accountability and growth.
bachelor's degree in engineering related to digital marketing.
desirable: experience in startups, specialization in martech, digital transformation or employer branding.
over 5 years in digital marketing, including at least 2 leading teams .
domain platforms like google ads, meta ads, tiktok ads, google analytics, hubspot and automation tools.
performance marketing on a large scale, either in budget or structure.
advanced bi attribution and analysis models (power bi, looker, etc.).
martech stack and first-party data strategies.
using generative ai to scale content or insights (chatgpt, midjourney, jasper, etc.).
analytical ability to make data-driven decisions.
inspiring leadership, agile project management and collaborative vision.
growth mindset and strong digital orientation.
participation in digital transformation projects with real business impact.
