team overview:
this role will plan, review, adapt and execute marketing strategies for an exciting group that is emerging as part of our business growth. You'll have the opportunity to work in projects from the ground up!
role responsibilities:
- leading the execution of campaigns for mexico based on the financial services marketing strategy, leveraging tentpole moments that meet our short
- and long-term business goals.
- ensuring through-the-funnel marketing cohesion and leading content strategy, working closely with product ops, product, mktg bus, and growth ops teams.
- developing quantified learnings and strategic playbooks to solve various marketing challenges that can be leveraged.
- overseeing our roster of creative teams to ensure their efforts align effectively with our business objectives.
- bringing big ideas to the table, presenting best-in-class ideas and plans, obtaining buy-in, and implementing ideas efficiently at scale through brand programs and initiatives.
- using internal data to uncover relevant insights that transform into effective brand strategies and content.
- defining brand territories to expand audiences and strategically positioning products/services in-app.
- developing content and communications as needed to capture the hearts and minds of audiences through a mix of data-driven insights and compelling storytelling.
- executing marketing campaign activities, providing input into key messaging and creative briefs.
- leading the implementation and brand efforts for the rollout of brand campaigns and activations.
- developing enablement materials (toolkits, trainings, guidelines) to scale new developments/learnings and drive upper
- and lower-funnel conversion.
- staying fully informed on market trends and key marketing initiatives.
role qualifications:
- 6+ years of relevant experience developing marketing campaigns working closely with creative, production, and agencies.
- strong content creation, storytelling, and communication skills (both written and oral), with a focus on ensuring understanding and buy-in from stakeholders
- knowledge in brand and sales activation campaigns
- fast learner; ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a matrixed organization / fast-paced environment
- understands and analyzes issues; suggests creative solutions
- understands the “why” and applies critical thinking and strategic reasoning
- experience in marketing kpis
- experience with creative campaigns
