our client in the usa is looking for a project manager. This is a contract position.
what you will do
google workspace organizational change manager. The organizational change manager plays a crucial role in driving and managing change within the organization. This role is part of the employee messaging & services and will report to the manager, employee messaging & services.
* develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and google workspace initiatives.
* identify potential risks and obstacles to change and develop strategies to mitigate them.
* collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
* conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals and groups affected by change initiatives.
* develop and deliver training programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.
* develop and deliver digital communication programs and resources to build change management capabilities within the organization.
* monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and make necessary adjustments as needed.
* own and manage the engagement with users affected by organizational change to nurture adoption.
success metrics
* successful implementation of change initiatives within agreed timelines and budgets.
* high levels of employee engagement and adoption of change initiatives.
* positive feedback from stakeholders on the effectiveness of change management strategies and plans.
what you will need
* bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, business administration, communications, or a related field.
* 5 years of experience in change management or a related role.
* strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
* strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify potential risks and develop appropriate solutions.
