*overview*:working as full-time manufacturing engineer in the lean solutions project manager department, you will develop documentation and procedures in support of production processes and requirements.- continually improve quality and productivity for products and processes within cell/area.
specify, justify, and install capital projects in support of production requirements.
provide technical support for safety and ergonomics within the area.
performance of the above is on an assistance basis, dealing with routine problems and under close supervision.
you will work with respective branch and other stakeholders to develop profitable revenue growth opportunities, including customer-facing project management support, onsite visits and other company growth drivers.

ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations.
maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports.
resource management and allocation: understanding what resources are needed for the given scope and ensuring the right resources are being allocated for each project.
