* provide technical support to factory operations, ensuring all systems and equipment function optimally to meet production demands.
* contribute to service product tasks focusing on waste removal, self‑service, and automation.
* collaborate globally within service product and, if needed, the broader digital technology organization.
* share knowledge and apply standard processes for technical knowledge and information sharing within the team.
* take ownership of tasks prioritized in the service product and use a data‑driven approach for initiatives.
* ensure compliance with it policies and principles on‑site proactively.
* improve, train, and promote new technologies implemented in the organization.
* contribute to a business continuity support model, ensuring 24/7 operational readiness and resilience within factory onsite technology.

* actively collaborate to increase product performance.

* communicate and work with stakeholders and colleagues from different teams to prioritize backlogs, solve problems, or increase outcomes.
qualifications
* advanced proficiency in english in both written and verbal forms.
* solid understanding of engineering principles, focusing on ai technologies and their real‑world applications.
* experience in coding, proficiency in languages such as python, java, or c++ to develop and support applications.
* expertise in a specific area such as infrastructure or application support, with hands‑on experience.
* ability to integrate ai solutions into existing infrastructure, enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency.
* proven track record of supporting and optimizing it infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation with high availability.
* familiarity with cloud‑based platforms such as aws or google cloud for scalable and resilient systems.

this position is based at our lego operaciones de mexico manufacturing factory located in cienega de flores, nl. This is not a remote position.
