Main Responsibilities:
* Manage GA team performance, roles and daily operations.
* Oversee cafeteria, insurance, travel, and foreign employee management.
* Develop and implement GA policies and procedures.
* Handle general and Capex purchasing and supplier management.
* Prepare and monitor annual GA budget; analyze costs vs actuals.
* Manage company relationships with government offices and external agencies.
* Ensure compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor´s degree in Business administration or related field.
* Minimum 8-10 years of GA/Administration experience.
* Strong skills in budget control, purchasing, and government relations.
* Leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English
