perfil buscado
a successful business development manager should have:
- bachelor's degree in chemistry, electrical engineering, or related field (mba preferred)
- 10+ years of industry experience, including 5+ years in technical leadership roles
- strong expertise in insulating fluids, base oils, or related power/utility applications
- experience working with transformer oems, utilities, or similar technical customers
- excellent communication skills across engineering, commercial, and executive levels
