coordinates and oversees work at a field site, providing quality service to the customer. Job role may include sales, job design, execution, and follow up activities. Provides the planning necessary for the job, including instructions to the crew and equipment used. Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators, coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. May evaluate individual performance levels of the crew and train operators to improve their job performance.
he/she is responsible to perform minor/major maintenance of equipment following the iet service site quality check lists and procedures. May be the primary contact to work with the customer representative and site team to coordinate activities at the customer job site. Provides records of all activities accomplished at customer site to the baker hughes iet supervisor and promotes and maintains good team relations. Executes all required responsibilities safely by following all iet service applicable processes and procedures. Performs other related duties as required according to the specified scope of work. He/she may be able to provide limited troubleshooting on the equipment under maintenance and or installation in the field. Conducts all business activities in accordance with baker hughes core values (hse, quality and compliance).
qualifications
* bachelor's degree preferred
* 5-6 years of industry experience and iet product line training required
* demonstrate functional/technical, customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills
* be mainly specialized in instrumentation and control panels
* knowledge in control systems such as markvie
* knowledge in products such as aero lm2500, lm6000, heavy duty gas turbines, centrifugal compressors
* knowledge of mapping dle/tuning dln for turbine is a plus
* intermediate/advanced english level
* utilization around 85%. Able to travel locally and internationally
* able to work offshore
* t bosiet/thuet certificates are a plus
