this position requires hands-on leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance people, performance, and profitability.job responsibilitiesdevelop, manage, and adjust the annual operating budget, ensuring alignment with performance goals throughout the yearlead daily execution by monitoring workflow, wip, staffing levels, productivity, and cycle timeensure consistent quality control and adherence to abra and dmc repair standardspartner closely with service, parts, recon, and sales teams to deliver a seamless guest experiencetake ownership of guest feedback, including resolving negative reviews and service concerns in a timely and professional mannerhold team members accountable for guest experience, quality, and performance through regular feedback and coachingrecruit, interview, and onboard team members in partnership with human resourcesconduct regular one-on-one meetings focused on performance expectations, development, and career progressionprovide clear and consistent performance updates and action plans to the general manageractively manage and improve employee satisfaction index (esi), team morale, and retentionenforce operational processes consistently while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and resultsqualifications & experience5+ years of combined experience in an automotive body shop environment, including prior leadership or management experience, requiredstrong understanding of collision center operations, workflow management, estimating, and quality control standardsdemonstrated ability to lead teams, coach performance, and drive accountabilityproven ability to collaborate, communicate, and problem-solve in a professional mannerguest-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver solutionsability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentproficiency with microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)experience using ccc one or similar estimating and management softwareability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented settingvalid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordwillingness to complete a pre-employment background checkabra auto body & glass is an eeo/aa/veterans/disabled employerwe are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
