focus on high data quality and transparency of all risks and opportunities
- ensure proper control, budget planning / monthly analysis and reporting for ba ad (avs/pss segment)
support definition and implementation of corrective actions in case of deviations or contingency necessities together with local operational management and ba ad controlling
prepare and follow-up of all financial effects of investments
- ensure 100% compliance of continental rules and procedures in all operational and financial areas of ba ad in ct mexicana
- support coordination of proper and timely registers of all operational issues with local accounting and local operational management
- be part of the executive management team of ba ad segment avs/pss within ct mexicana
support and coach the local operational managers in all financial issues
- execute controlling activities for month end close, budget and forecast.
- manage and supervise staff.
- good reporting abilities in power bi.
*qualifications*:
- degree in business administration/economics
- at least 5 years experience in controlling of an international company
- at least 5 years experience with sap for local controlling and any state of the art reporting system for corporate reporting
- at least 3 years responsibility in leading projects with more than 5 project members
- at least 3 years working environment in international teams or assignment with direct responsibility to european headquarter
- at least 3 years supervising staff
- execute controlling activities for month end close, budget and forecast
- good reporting abilities in power bi in excel
