we are looking for local residents in guadalajara to lead small-group walking experiences for visitors. This role involves sharing knowledge of the city’s culture, neighborhoods, history, and landmarks in an engaging and professional way.
*key responsibilities*
- host private walking tours tailored to guest interests
- share stories, cultural insights, and local tips
- adapt tours to match group pace and preferences
- ensure smooth, well-organized, and enjoyable experiences
- optional: participate in tours focused on local cuisine
- strong knowledge of guadalajara’s neighborhoods, history, and culture
- fluent in at least one language: spanish, english, french, italian, german, chinese, or portuguese
- friendly, approachable, and confident with groups
- comfortable leading tours lasting 3-8 hours
- experience in tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is a plus
