This role is responsible for leading client relationships at a regional and global level, ensuring the effective management of briefs, timelines, and the delivery of integrated media solutions aligned with business objectives. The position plays a key role in driving strategic thinking, fostering cross-market collaboration, and ensuring consistency in execution across markets.
key responsibilities
lead and manage relationships with regional and global stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner to the client.
develop and oversee media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives across multiple markets.
drive high-level strategic discussions to ensure alignment between client expectations and agency deliverables.
support the development of long-term (e.g., 3-year) brand and media strategies, ensuring clear frameworks and guidelines for local teams.
enable local teams to execute annual planning in line with regional strategy and business priorities.
coordinate cross-functional and cross-market teams to ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment in execution.
consolidate, analyze, and translate market data into actionable insights to inform regional and global strategies.
ensure high-quality delivery of strategic recommendations, presentations, and outputs across all markets.
desired skills & experience
experience:
7–10+ years of experience in media, strategy, or client leadership roles.
proven track record managing
regional or multi-market accounts

experience working with
global clients and complex organizational structures

technical & tools:
strong knowledge of
integrated media ecosystems
(digital, offline, performance, commerce).
experience with platforms such as:
google marketing platform (ga4, cm360)
meta ads, google ads
programmatic platforms (dv360, the trade desk or similar)
retail media / ecommerce platforms (amazon ads or similar)
advanced proficiency in
excel / google sheets
for analysis and reporting.
experience using
data visualization tools
(e.g., power bi, tableau) is a plus.
