**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT**

Tasks and Responsibilities:_**
- Maintain a daily dashboard to track owners priorities across business and personal domains
- Intake and triage new requests, inquiries, and follow-ups from internal and external stakeholders
- Manage CRM activities, referral outreach, and performance tracking
- Own the executives calendar, inbox, and communication flow across ventures
- Serve as first point of contact for tenants, contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Track property maintenance, manage expenses, and support vendor billing
- Conduct market research, draft business plans, and assist with strategic initiatives
- Streamline systems, track recurring tasks, and support light bookkeeping
- Coordinate personal scheduling, travel planning, and household services

Qualifications:_**
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Previous experience supporting executives
- Fluent in English
- Experience in Operations, Sales, and/or Customer Service
- Proven success supporting entrepreneurs or small business owners
- Professional presence and client-facing confidence
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Shift: 8:00AM TO 6:00PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
