a successful head of production & infrastructure should have:
a degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proven expertise around 8 years or more of experience in production, infrastructure, or industrial engineering roles within the automotive sector.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Experience in advanced manufacturing technologies, equipment validation, and process optimisation.
Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
Problem-solving and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement.
