we are looking for a
manufacturing & quality engineer
to join our team and ensure that every piece we produce meets the highest standards.

, we design and manufacture architectural systems for the most
challenging architectural projects
. We operate at the intersection of design, engineering, and manufacturing, delivering high-performance solutions in glass fiber reinforced concrete (gfrc), high-performance concrete (hpc), fiberglass (frp), and metals such as stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc.
key responsibilities
* develop, manage, and implement quality plans.
* perform quality inspections and audits on raw materials, parts, processes, and quality plans.
* participate in engineering tests for new projects, coordinating and evaluating dimensional reports.
* build and maintain excel databases for reporting and kpi tracking.
* manage inventory control of approved and rejected parts and materials.
requirements
* degree in industrial, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or related.
* minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing and quality (automotive industry preferred).
* knowledge of 5s, kanban, and warehouse management tools.
* experience in root cause analysis and pdca cycle.
* knowledge and experience in quality control tools such as:
fmea (failure mode and effects analysis).
ishikawa (cause-and-effect diagram).
statistical process control (spc).
intermediate/advanced excel and quality analysis software.
* professional proficiency in english is desirable but not mandatory.
