Overview
logistics service provider specialist = main point of contact for all lsps (logistics service providers) for bosch. Monitors & maintains records regarding lsp performance & contractual service expectations between bosch and lsps. Escalates issues and supports improvement efforts to maintain high performance standards for lsps.
qualifications
* customer service: proficient. He possesses a lot of experience in applying his knowledge. He is able to apply his skills in new and changing contexts
* time management/task prioritization skills: proficient. He possesses a lot of experience in applying his knowledge. He is able to apply his skills in new and changing contexts
* english required: c2. Can understand with ease virtually everything heard or read. Can summarize information from different spoken and written sources, reconstructing arguments and accounts in a coherent presentation. Can express themselves spontaneously, very fluently and precisely, differentiating finer shades of meaning even in the most complex situations
