Technical product owner (healthtech)

we are looking for a "hands‑on" technical product owner to join our leading healthtech scale‑up. This is a high‑execution, senior individual contributor role focused on bridging business compliance requirements and engineering execution.

90% operational – technical documentation, backlog grooming, and functional validation; 10% strategic.


core responsibilities

* translate complex healthcare compliance regulations into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria using gherkin syntax.
* act as primary operational link between engineering, ux/ui, and operations to ensure technical feasibility and alignment.
* perform functional testing (qa) and user acceptance testing to validate releases meet the "definition of done".
* manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery, ensuring a clean and prioritized backlog in jira.
* maintain high‑quality product documentation in confluence, including data flows, business logic, and compliance maps.
* monitor kpis (churn, adoption, mrr) and technical logs to make informed backlog prioritization decisions.


mandatory requirements

* 5+ years of software product management or product ownership for saas platforms (marketing, sales, or industrial project management profiles will not be considered).
* deep understanding of the software development life cycle (sdlc) and ability to discuss apis, microservices, and system architecture with engineers.
* expert mastery of jira software and confluence; proficiency in figma (for hand‑off) and analytics tools such as mixpanel, amplitude, or looker.
* previous experience in regulated industries (healthtech, fintech, or legaltech) is a significant plus.
* advanced english (professional/technical proficiency) and spanish.
* proactive, "no‑ego" approach to documentation and bug‑hunting.


compensation & benefits

* monthly salary: $55,000 – $65,000 mxn net (mixed payroll scheme).
* location: 100% remote – must reside in mexico.
* onboarding: one‑day on‑site induction in querétaro; travel expenses covered.

product owner, service desk automation & user experience (ux)

as our product owner – service desk automation & user experience (ux), you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and delivery of automation, ai‑enabled capabilities, and employee‑facing digital experiences that transform how our global it service desk operates.

locations: apodaca, querétaro, or reynosa; hybrid environment. Full‑time role.


responsibilities

* own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for service desk automation, ai capabilities, and ux improvements.
* collaborate across itsm, digital & it shared services, ux, vendors, and service desk operations to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.
* identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows, streamline processes, and enhance self‑service tools.
* define and track kpis to improve resolution times, reduce ticket volumes, and boost satisfaction.
* champion user‑centric design and continuous improvement of the employee digital experience.


skills & experience

* experience in it service management, product ownership, or service delivery—preferably in global environments.
* proficiency in itsm platforms (servicenow preferred) and itil‑aligned service desk processes.
* hands‑on experience delivering automation, ai‑enabled capabilities, or self‑service solutions.
* strong stakeholder management and communication skills in multicultural contexts.
* agile mindset with proven ability to manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and user stories.
