Overview
support leaders and employees in talent management within a manufacturing and technology-driven environment. This role will help implement hr practices that strengthen employee engagement, workplace culture, and talent development, ensuring a strong connection between people and business needs.
responsibilities
* act as a liaison between manufacturing, engineering, it teams and hr, ensuring closeness to employees.
* support the implementation of strategies to improve workplace climate and organizational culture.
* manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
* assist in the execution and follow-up of training and development programs.
* provide support in employee relations, performance management, and individual development plans.
* monitor and analyze hr metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, engagement) and propose improvements.
* contribute to organizational change projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
* support internal communication and well-being programs to enhance employee engagement.
qualifications
* education: bachelor’s degree in psychology, business administration, human resources, industrial relations or related field.
* experience: 3–5 years in hr roles (preferably within manufacturing, it, or engineering environments).
* knowledge of training and development processes.
* proven experience in hr metrics and data analysis.
* advanced excel (pivot tables, dashboards, advanced formulas).
* experience with hris systems (workday preferred).
* fluent english (oral and written).
