Responsibilities

Meet the staff base indicators in human resources related absenteeism, turnover, headcount, etc.

Oversee hourly and salary payroll data entry
handle all termination paperwork and exit interviews for salary associates
manage the custodial staff, dining room, cleaning
coordination of visitors

vps and continuos improvement
promote continuos improvement through the quality activities.
Participate in the plant overall vps programs and activities
promote and participate in the vps training plant and development of its own team and the total facility
qualifications
requires a bachelor of business administration or similar degree
5 years prior experience in related fields
automotive industry
english advance level
recruitment process, selection process, legal requirements, compensation, interpretation of psychometric test, knowledge in carrying out procedures before imss and infonavit, dealing with people (absenteeism's, turnover, issues, etc), workday system, social responsibility.
