join pepsico, dare for better. Responsibilitiesthe opportunity the main purpose of the role is to supervise us payroll services leveraging the standard model of employee services consolidation process while searching for process optimization opportunities.
these services currently support us sales pfna employees by analyzing time and attendance incidences and ensuring correct payments while complying with slas.
your impact as payroll inputs sr. Analyst, your responsibilities include:
guarantee us portfolio services for payroll inputs execution.ensure good customer service and meet sla timing and delivery, while working on process improvements and time optimizations.develop thorough knowledge of pepsico's us business policies and labor legislation to enhance business processes.drive efficiency and accuracy in operations through internal projects leveraging technology.handle escalation for daily resolution issues and act as the ultimate escalation point.ensure proper execution of payroll processes:receive variable payments and validate requirements.capture records in payroll systems.ensure payroll meets operational controls.monitor ticket reception and resolution for sla compliance.track and report kpis and slas for employee changes, terminations, and payroll inputs processes.plan and oversee workload of the extended team.deliver services within slas/kpis and promote operational efficiency and continuous improvement.act as the point person for payroll process audits.qualificationswho are we looking for? Education bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
experience at least 2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or finance processes (desirable).functional knowledge of human resources processes (desirable).1 year of experience supervising individuals with task completion and workload distribution (desirable).proficient in microsoft office suite: word, excel, powerpoint, outlook.strong english oral and written communication skills.customer-focused, adaptable, with strong follow-up and organizational skills.ability to adapt quickly to changes and proactively communicate.ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.knowledge of continuous process improvement methodologies (lean, six sigma / toc, etc.)
(desirable).experience with transformation projects involving new technologies (desirable).additional skills include analytical thinking, action orientation, teamwork, integrity, technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality.
