what we're looking for:
we are looking for a customer experience specialist with strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. This role involves handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, assisting with scheduling, billing inquiries, service questions, and providing a high level of professional support at all times.
key responsibilities
* handle inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding scheduling, billing, service concerns, and general inquiries
* clearly explain services and products, providing accurate and helpful information
* deliver a professional, friendly, and customer-focused experience on every interaction
* accurately document customer information while managing calls
* navigate internal systems efficiently during live calls
* meet individual performance and call documentation goals
* maintain strict confidentiality of customer information
qualifications
* minimum 1 year of experience in customer service related positions
* advanced english (conversational) with strong verbal communication skills
* comfortable scheduling and transferring calls to internal offices
* strong computer skills and accurate data entry
* excellent communication and teamwork skills
* strong problem-solving abilities and frustration tolerance
* positive attitude and strong work ethic
* ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
