your role will be essential to ensuring the financial health of the business in mexico, collaborating with hq, and contributing to the professionalization of local processes.
main responsibilities
* ensure the company’s financial balance and compliance with accounting regulations.
* prepare regular reports for headquarters: results, cash flow, account statements, kpis, and more.
* coordinate and execute accounting tasks: reconciliations, system entries, balance sheets (together with external accountants).
* contribute to projects aimed at improving and automating financial and administrative processes.
* maintain close contact with operations and commercial teams.
what we value
* 5+ years of experience in similar roles, ideally in mid-sized companies within the food, beverage, pharma, or distribution industries.
* degree in business administration, accounting, or related fields (required). A postgraduate degree in finance is a plus.
* strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a flexible mindset.
* solid experience with erp systems and end-to-end accounting processes.
