we are looking for an enthusiastic call center representative to join our friendly team at queretaro, mexico in ria headquarters.
in this role, you will provide information to our customers about their transactions and resolve general queries they may have.
- deliver exceptional customer service through phone interactions, ensuring a positive experience in every call.
- utilize active listening and professional telephone etiquette to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.
- process money transfers, bill payments, and mobile top-ups accurately, providing clear and complete information as needed.
- maintain a professional demeanor and understand the importance of a positive attitude when handling customer interactions.
- manage job-related stress effectively while addressing and resolving situations with upset or distressed customers.
- excellent language skills in both spanish/ english
- excellent communication skills
- basic computer research skills
- practice managing difficult calls in some situations with upset customers
