your key responsibilities:

required skills and qualifications:
* degree in engineering or related field; master's degree preferred.
* proven leadership experience in the automotive industry, with six to seven years' service.
* strong kpi management skills.
* expertise in automotive best practices and quality systems.
* advanced english language skills.
