- minimum of 10 years of proven experience in business development, corporate technical sales, strategic account management, or complex industrial sales.

- mandatory experience in sectors such as precision machining, contract manufacturing, component manufacturing, assembly, or industrial systems integration.
- demonstrable solid success in opening corporate accounts and closing high-value deals with long sales cycles.
- experience with crm systems, preferably salesforce.
- strong commercial negotiation skills and ability to resolve financial/operational objections.
- proactively prospect, qualify, and close new market opportunities in the precision machining and systems assembly sectors.
- develop, monitor, and accelerate the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate closing forecasts through the optimal use of crm.
- coordinate and lead the process of requests for quotes (rfqs), technical reviews, pricing meetings, and the comprehensive commercial negotiation process for large contracts.
