This role serves as a key business partner to drive best practices and manage strategic initiatives in mexico. The human resources director will work closely with hr centres of expertise, talent advisors, and hr services to manage employee relations, hr operations, organisational effectiveness, performance management, talent development, and total rewards.

key responsibilities:
* manage the hr function in mexico to support business growth and strategy
* provide expert guidance on organisational design and relevant hr matters
* establish and embed hr solutions and ways of working while continuously improving service levels
hr partnerships:
* hr partner to mexico's country head and leadership team
* accountable for management of hr matters relating to the mexico teams and people
employee relations:
* provide case management advice on key areas such as disciplinary, performance management, redundancy, long-term illness, and other er issues
* work with managers to provide effective coaching on managing performance and disciplinary issues
performance and development:
* implement talent programmes and provide guidance and counsel to local leaders
* work with leaders to champion the performance review process
talent rewards:
* manage the annual salary, bonus, and level change process
* assist managers and leaders in compensation and level determinations
