Role description in this role, you will be responsible for planning activities pertaining to production schedule creation and maintenance, material ordering, vendor management, receiving and inventory control to meet customer requirements. Responsibilities plan and coordinate physical movement of materials, parts, finished goods, and information to ensure optimization of cost and service level. Schedules and coordinates the flow of work within or between departments to facilitate or expedite production. Distributes work orders to departments denoting number, type and proposed completion date. Complies reports on progress of work and machine, tool and equipment failures to inform on production delays. Carry out mrp run to explode customer requirements and generate requirements to suppliers. Schedule, track and ensure the availability of materials for production. Develop corrective actions in case of deviation. Work together with hr for the workforce planning in order to accomplish the sales rolling. Monitor and alert about potential risks in the supply chain that could affect the timely flow of components to the plant. Monitoring and control of inventory levels and coverage of the components in charge. Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. Coordinate with various departments to align production plans with demand forecasts and inventory levels. Analyze production data and key performance indicators to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, inventory status, and other relevant metrics. Updates and maintains weekly production schedule by line and schedule attainment, completes weekly cycle counts accurately and maintains repetitive schedules to the latest revisions. Manage receipt of material at receiving entry accuracy in mrp system and proper receiving inspection quality checks are being performed in accordance with the product's process control plan. Sustaining accurate parameter in mrp system (lead time, safety stock, etc). Qualifications knowledge of ms office programs ability to analyze and assess data and make projections based on historical data. Accuracy and attention to detail highly organized ability to identify urgent or emerging problems, develop alternative corrective actions, and implement. Industrial engineering, mechanic, or related career experience in similar position (at least 3 years) advanced english teamwork tactical planning proceeds salary monthy from 28k - 35k mxn per month vacations in accordance to lft (12 days ffrom first year).
