requirements:
* bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, mechatronics, or a related field (completed degree)
* +3 years of experience in the electronics industry (ems) in test engineering
* conversational english
experience in:
* functional testing
* ict / fct
* linux (shell / bash)
* schematic and gerber interpretation
* validation methodologies (gr&r)
responsibilities:
* provide support to production lines
* lead and manage test technicians
* oversee maintenance of test equipment
* manage spare parts and consumables
* monitor kpis: downtime, yield, false failures
* perform data analysis focused on continuous improvement (dt, ndf, yield)
* implement engineering changes
* participate in meetings with cross-functional teams and customers
* debug test programs
* labview programming
