Lead digital transformation specialist
this is a high-impact role that requires collaboration with developer teams, operations and extended teams to deliver productivity improvements and business impact. The successful candidate will lead projects, mentor multiple gb projects, engage in discussions to implement digital solutions, conduct pocs and share best practices with clients.
key responsibilities:
* set up new operations for success via bpms projects
* identify and mitigate operational risks within control limits
* pursue continuous improvement projects on key metrics and stabilization support
* embed lean six sigma skills in operations, drive client engagement and revitalize lss culture
* train associates in process execution with training & ops and implement improvement plans, process monitoring tools and refresher trainings
main activities:
* apply lean & six sigma tools and process excellence methodology as team leader
* work closely with operation and functional teams to identify monetizable opportunities, bottlenecks and implement process improvements
* initiate and lead projects to improve end-to-end processes, set measurement systems and deliver business impact
* build a process excellence and digital culture in the team, drive productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives

qualifications:
* university graduate required
* experience in process improvement methodologies, application & execution required
* self-motivated, organized person with excellent analytical skills and interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills
