- oversee all financial operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- coordinate the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
- ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- monitor and develop internal controls to safeguard company assets and enhance profitability.
- support department heads in understanding their financial performance, providing guidance and insights.
- lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
- engage with external auditors and manage the audit process.
- conduct regular analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

- bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; master's or cpa preferred.
- minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
