**SUMMARY.**
The Sr. Regional Sales Manager is the “role model” within the team of RSM’s. His knowledge allows him to collaborate on challenging projects and proactive problem solving in all sales cycle. Responsible for the planning and execution of sales activities resulting in significant sales growth with dynamically driving RATIONAL to market leadership in the assigned region. This position works independently and as a team player. Sr. Regional Sales Manager is responsible for building contacts, cultivating relationships and developing sales with support and collaboration of the Sales Director to develop market share and sales growth in respective region.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.**
The Sr. RSM has the responsibility to achieve or exceed the sales plan (value and units) in one or more territories. In order to achieve this plan he/she will:
- Manage the current base of Dealers and develop its number to support sales growth.
- Strengthen the relation with the commercial team of the Dealers, providing exhaustive monitoring of their training needs, sales material, product and price knowledge and any other need in order to increase their results.
- Manage the reporting requirements, which include the CRM computer based system.
- Implementation of an After Sales concept
- Provide Key Account support
- Handle the relation with Key Customers and Kitchen Planners
- Shall be able to execute culinary events by him/herself and may eventually use external resources (Freelance Chefs) to implement parts of the Sales Process.
- Shall work closely with the local Customer Service team to ensure a smooth order processing and delivery.
- Execution and participation at exhibitions, trade fairs, product trainings and cooking live events.
- Participates in decisions with the SD and collaborates if necessary in operative tasks, prioritizing the results and the quality of their relationships.
- Manage private segments (Restaurants, Quick Service Restaurant Chains, Hotels, Caterings, etc.) as well as in public segments (Schools, Army, etc.)
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Food service operations/chef experience desired; sales and/or marketing experience within the food industry is preferred.
- A minimum of 3+ years of sales experience with proven track record of increased sales/revenue is desired.
- Associate’s degree, culinary degree or equivalent experience desired.
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills at all levels from corporate down through all levels, including good listening skills are required.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision and as a team player.
- Strong organization, time management skills and ability to complete multiple high-priority tasks of a different nature throughout the day.
- Have experience setting budgets, creating plans to meet budgets, and working your plan.
- MS Office computer skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, especially Salesforce.
- Willingness for overnight away-from-home travel up to 50% of time.
- Bilingual (English and other languages) is a plus.
