We are seeking an organized, proactive, and versatile sales support officer to provide high-level support to our director of sales and business development. This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of our sales function by coordinating with internal departments, managing customer interactions, managing the flow of the sales process, assisting the sales director with all day to day functions and supporting marketing and trade show activities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, confident in multitasking, and passionate about delivering a seamless experience for both internal stakeholders and external customers. Whilst not a necessity experience in the corrugated box industry would be an advantage
* provide day-to-day administrative support to the director of sales and business development including managing shared email accounts and correspondence.
* prepare customer quotes, proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
* facilitate customer samples, artwork and other sales functions to expedite the sales process.
* schedule and maintain sales activities and appointments in the jointly managed calendar
* maintain and update crm records and sales pipelines.
* support tender documentation preparation and submission.
* assist in the preparation of regular sales reports and performance tracking.
* minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a sales support, account coordination, or customer service role
* experience in corrugated packaging, manufacturing, or b2b environments highly regarded
* familiarity with crm systems (e.g. Hubspot, salesforce, zoho) and/or erp platforms
* tertiary qualification in business, marketing, or related field (preferred but not essential)
