The at scale validation engineering manager leads a team of cloud software professionals, who are responsible for delivering results across a broad range of cloud software, including software development, design, debug, validation, and optimization, cloud orchestration, and/or cloud customer enablement.

- providing direction and goals to the group.
- interacting with stakeholders both internal and external.
- setting priorities for the team, achieving results across boundaries, ensuring an inclusive work environment, developing employees, and managing performance.
- may also provide architectural and technical guidance to ensure sound engineering practices are followed.
*qualifications*
*minimum qualifications*:
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in either of the following areas: cloud systems validation, cloud solutions, or data center platform validation.
- 3+ years of experience coding in cloud native solutions (e.g.
: kubernetes, docker container, jenkins, or related cloud system deployment software).
- 5+ years of experience with server and/or infrastructure test frameworks in validation environments.
*preferred qualifications*:
- experience in one or more technical domains: network, ras (reliability, accessibility, serviceability), virtualization, or power management.
- debug experience at platform level (preferable in multi-geo/remote debug environments).
- experience with x86 architecture used in cloud service provider environment.
