We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced recruiter to our hr department located in our office at queretaro.
responsibilities
* lead recruitment, selection, and retention activities
* organize and actively participate in the recruitment and selection process, including defining selection criteria, creating questions and tests, reviewing applications, interviewing candidates with hiring managers, verifying references, etc.
* extend job offers and prepare offer packages for selected candidates
* propose and execute human resources programs and services focusing on recruitment and retention
* provide communication and training to both management and staff concerning recruitment, selection, and retention initiatives
* offer guidance and counsel to both management and staff regarding recruitment and selection matters
* assist the management team in workforce planning and related staffing requirements
* establish and uphold policies and procedures for recruitment and selection in compliance with employment laws
other hr support activities
* engage in and support human resources projects
* provide guidance and recommendations to managers on best practices, human rights laws, and other related regulations in recruitment and selection
* participate in career and job fairs as well as recruitment initiatives
* regularly review, maintain, and update job descriptions
* conduct exit interviews and report trends to management
* follow health and safety policies and practices established by charger logistics
requirements
* +4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
* familiarity with using tools of the trade: ats systems, linkedin, social media, sourcing tools, etc
* exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
* proficient in microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
* bachelor's degree or college diploma in a technical field is preferred
