Key responsibilities: supervise the installationand maintenance of hot and cold insulation; plan, schedule, and allocateresources efficiently to meet project deadlines; ensure materials areavailable, compliant with specifications, and delivered on time; supervise subcontractors,ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project standards; monitor quality ofworkmanship and conduct inspections against technical drawings andspecifications; oversee insulation works onindustrial equipment, pipes, tanks, vessels, and ductwork; implement and enforce safetyprocedures, ensuring compliance with regulations; communicate effectively withthe site manager and stakeholders, reporting on progress and challenges.
