The role:

responsibilities include maintaining diaries for senior professionals, scheduling internal and external meetings, communicating with clients and infrastructure staff as appropriate, coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documents and project deliverables, and managing confidential client information.
requirements:
* at least 3 years' experience at working in an administrative or customer service position.
* excellent word, powerpoint and excel skills.
* expert knowledge of outlook.
