JOB PURPOSE

This role exists to bring our purpose-led innovation to life by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and deliver business grow. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and position a strong, purposeful brand that stands out in the market.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on growth through innovation, pricing, and competitive analysis across the 6Ps. Lead and execute the IBP process.
- Lead impactful brand communication with disruptive and meaningful messaging, cosindering a social first approach.
- Manage media assets development and localization in collaboration with agencies and DMC teams.
- Strengthen portfolio performance by identifying unmet consumer needs and driving innovation.
- Translate market insights into strategy through continuous monitoring of consumer, shopper behavior and competitive landscape.
- Lead cross-functional teams and key stakeholders across various functions to ensure seamless execution.
- Own the brand's P&L; and budget management, ensuring efficient allocation across ATL and BTL activities.
- Drive agile innovation and market activation, applying a test-and-learn approach.
- Inspire and develop high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and purpose-driven leadership, not only within the BU but also with global teams and external partners.
- Lead and build highly effective and motivated teams (internal/cross-functional members and external partners, such as agencies).

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience managing brands.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills: Ability to turn data into actionable insights and develop trend-forward product mixes.
- Effective communicator and team player: Clear communication, structured presentation skills, and collaborative mindset.
- Project and stakeholder management: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Agile, proactive, and consumer-focused: Business-driven, adaptable to change and deeply attuned to consumer needs.
- Fluent both in Spanish and English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in digital marketing: Familiarity with performance marketing, social media strategy, and social first approach to drive brand growth in digital channels.
- Background in consumer goods or beauty industry: Prior experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), especially in hair care or personal care, to bring relevant market insights and category expertise.
